Road Trip to Cameron & KL Day 1
January 7, 2009 at 3:35 pm | In It's my Life, LoVe Is in the aiR, PhOtos, TraVeL |The trip to cameron and KL was so fullfilling.
I had lots of fun. I love cameron. Its the place that one can really slow down our pace, relax, enjoy the cool weather, breath the fresh air and get away from the busy lifestyle in sg. I love the fresh bright flowers and i love the green hills.
The vegetables are so fresh and tasty.. and the strawberry smoothie.. Yummy! There’s no shopping centre or cinema. Maybe thats also why we cant/won’t be busy ‘tackling’ the shops to buy stuffs but instead to enjoy the nature of cameron.
We joined 3 tours with Tittiwangsa Tour. We went to the Agro Tour at 2pm on our first day. We manged to checked in our hotel at around 11.30am. Which was even earlier than we expected.
Didn’t really slept well during the 10hrs ride to cameron. So, we took a short nap first and then prepared for our trip.
The bus stopped at Brinchang town. Really shiok to have a hot Teh Tarik in the morning.
We stayed at Equatorial Hotel. Which is 5300 ft above sea level.
Its 21.9 degrees, not that cold but the wind is chilling
Our hotel located uphill. The view from the window out was really nice.
This is the watercress farm
Cables used to transport the ferterlizer
Here we are at the flower farm. The weather in Cameron is most suitable for growing flowers.
From Little seeds..
To little plants…
To beautiful flowers…
Oh no! I’ve forgotten if this is cabbage or lettuce??

The strawberry smoothie is really very delicious. I kept wanting for more, but cant Ta Pau back to hotel lehz..
Dear drank the strawberry yoghurt which they call strawberry lasik.
Birds of paradise..
Its a must to try the steamboat in Cameron. It cost about RM18 per adult only. And the veges are all so fresh.
And having a warm steamboat during the cold weather is sooo SHIOK! (It started to rain in the night la.. so cold cold eat hot hot food.. so nice)
We find this X’mas tree to be so bright!
